Who We Are

Forty floors or four units, the work has to be sequenced right.

A great deal of what we do isn't visible in the finished building. It's the pre-construction estimate that didn't slip, the long-lead order that was placed eight weeks earlier than the schedule called for, the inspector who knew the supervisor by name.

Valley brings together licensed architects, engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and trade contractors under one management structure. That integration is the reason our projects close out without the late-stage scrambling that drives other jobs into change-order territory. We have done this enough times — across multifamily, hotels, schools, hospitals, retail, and corporate headquarters — to know where the friction is before it shows up.

Full-time project superintendents from mobilization through punch list — coordinating trades, inspections, and the small daily decisions that make the schedule.

How We Work

Most of the cost overruns and schedule slips on a project trace back to the same root cause — coordination gaps between design, construction, and trades.

We staff our jobs with our own architects, engineers, project managers, and superintendents, and we've built the same regional bench of subcontractors over decades of work.
